Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns are not accepted once an order has shipped unless the incorrect product was received or the item arrived damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

If an order is approved for replacement or refund, it will be processed to the original payment method.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Atlas Bioworks reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
