Shipping Policy

Atlas Bioworks processes most orders within 1–3 business days.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Atlas Bioworks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Atlas Bioworks is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.
